Flash Wireless Return & Exchange Policy

To return your product for a 100% refund of the device or accessory purchase price (less a restocking fee of a minimum of $35 and any applicable shipping or processing fees) or to exchange your device or accessory, your product must be received by Best Buy within 14 days of the date of your order in its original, new condition and with all manufacturer packaging and contents included.  You can return your product by either: (i) following the return instructions on the merchandise return form included in your product shipment box, or (ii) returning your product in person to a Best Buy location, together with your purchase receipt. 

All returns and exchanges are subject to the terms and conditions contained in this policy and a restocking fee of a minimum of $35.  Certain products may have additional return restrictions. Further information regarding return restrictions may be obtained by calling Flash Wireless Customer Care at 866-735-3324.

If you are exchanging your product, please be aware that the exchange process is treated as a return and new purchase, You will be refunded for returning your original product within 14 days of your order (less any applicable deductions) and you will be charged the full purchase price (plus any applicable taxes, fees, and other charges) for your new “exchange” product. During the exchange process, you will be prompted to place a new “exchange” product order. When you place your new “exchange” product order, you will be charged for your new “exchange” product (including any applicable taxes, fees, and other charges) immediately and you will be responsible for such charges whether or not you complete return of your original product.

Important: Flash Wireless will not refund charges for mobile service including without limitation, activation fee, monthly service charge, and applicable sales taxes.

Return Shipping

Each original product shipment will include a pre-paid, self-addressed return shipping label and merchandise return form, together with return shipping instructions. Be sure to save your tracking number. We are not responsible for lost products without a signed proof of delivery. Shipping charges are your responsibility should you choose to use a different shipment company.  If you lose or do not wish to use your pre-paid return shipping label, you may ship your product to

Return Instructions

To return a product, subject to any limitations or restrictions described in this policy, please follow these steps:

1.    Fill out the merchandise return form included in your product shipment and affix the pre-paid return shipping label to the outside of your shipment box.  Make sure to remove or black-out any previously used shipment labels. You may also return your product to a Best Buy location with your purchase receipt, original contents and packaging.

2.    Place the completed merchandise return form and all items as originally packaged (together with all original contents) in the shipping box and seal the box with shipping tape. Be sure to make a copy of your sales receipt for your records.

3.    Promptly ship your package – the package must be received within 14 days of your order date or you will not be able eligible to receive a refund.

Return Processing

Upon receipt of your return package, your return will be processed.  Eligible refunds will be issued (less any applicable charges based on the condition of the return) to the credit/debit card account used for the original transaction. You will receive an e-mail stating the amount refunded to your debit/credit card. Once a return is received and processed, it cannot be returned to you, whether a refund or any charges were applied or not.  Shipping charges and processing fees are not refundable.

Equipment Condition and Missing Contents:

At our discretion, your return may be declined or charges may be assessed based on the contents of your return shipment and the condition thereof.  To avoid any unnecessary charges and be eligible for a full refund for your product, you must ensure that your product is in its original, new condition and received together with all original manufacturer packaging (device box, box inserts, etc.), product literature, parts and components within 14 days from the date of your order. If your product is not received within this 14-day period and/or all items and packaging are not returned in original condition as described above, you will not be eligible for a full refund and may incur additional charges based on the following:

In connection with any charges due to missing items, items not received on time, or damaged items, Flash Wireless may also charge any applicable taxes, fees, and other charges.

 

This policy is subject to the Flash Wireless Terms and Conditions, including without limitation, all disclaimers of warranty claimed thereunder. This policy does not cover warranty claims, to the extent any may apply. Nothing herein shall be deemed or construed to be a representation or warranty regarding any device or accessory.
