Sprint Validation Error Additional Information


Your device cannot be activated due to an outstanding debt, active service agreement or unfulfilled device financing agreement on the original Sprint account. If you are the original device owner, please contact Sprint Customer Care via 888-211-4727 for further explanation on why the device is not eligible. Once resolved, please restart the device approval process.

Resolution for Ineligible Devices:


Sprint Account Owner:


If your device is not eligible and you are the owner of the device and owner of the original Sprint account with which that device is associated, please contact Sprint directly for assistance in resolving the issue.



Non-Sprint Account Owner:


If your device is not eligible and you are not the owner of the original Sprint account with which the device is associated, you should enlist the help of the original Sprint account owner to contact Sprint and resolve the issue. Sprint will only release information to the original account owner.

All prepaid devices must have been active on the original prepaid carrier for a minimum of 12 months to be transferred to Flash Wireless. Your device is likely not eligible because it did not meet the 12-month minimum with the original carrier.
