Flash Wireless Return & Exchange Policy

To return your product for a 100% refund of the device and/or accessory purchase price (excluding shipping and processing fees), you should follow the return process and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by calling Flash Wireless Customer Care at 888-226-2141 within 14 days of the date of your order in the case of a return for refund.SIM cards cannot be returned, but if a SIM card is defective you may exchange your defective SIM card. If you elect to exchange your product, you may make such a request within 30 days of the date of your order. Certain products may have additional return restrictions. Further information regarding return restrictions may be obtained by calling Flash Wireless Customer Care.

If you are exchanging your product, please be aware that the exchange process is treated as a return and new purchase with the difference that an eligible exchange must be initiated within 30 days of the date of your order. You will be refunded for returning your original product (less any applicable deductions) and you will be charged the full purchase price (plus any applicable taxes, fees, and other charges) for your new “exchange” product. During the exchange process you will be prompted to place a new “exchange” product order. When you place your new “exchange” product order, you will be charged for your new “exchange” product (including any applicable taxes, fees, and other charges) immediately and you will be responsible for such charges whether or not you complete return of your original product.

Important: Flash Wireless will not refund charges for mobile service including without limitation, activation fee, monthly service charge, and applicable sales taxes.

To avoid any unnecessary charges and be eligible for a full refund for your product purchased from us, you must ensure that we receive your product in its original, new condition with all of the product literature, manufacturer packaging (device box, box inserts, etc.) and parts included in your shipment within 30 days from the date the RA is generated. If we do not receive your original device within the 30 day period and/or all items and packaging are not returned in original condition, you will not be eligible for a full refund and may incur additional charges.

Once we receive your original device and verify it is in its original, new condition, and was received within the timeframe noted above, we will issue a refund or, as applicable, apply charges based on the condition of the return. If your original device is not received in acceptable condition as noted above, or it is not received within the timeframe noted above, you may not qualify for a refund and may be subject to additional charges. You will receive an e-mail from us stating the amount, if any, refunded or charged to the credit/debit card account on file. Once equipment is received and processed, it cannot be returned to you, whether a refund or any charges were applied or not.

To return a product, subject to any limitations or restrictions, please follow these steps:

  1. Call Flash Wireless Customer Care at 888-226-2141 and request a Return Authorization (RA). Returns of ordered products must be requested within 14 days of the date of your order. If you elect to exchange your product, you may make such request within 30 days of the date of your order.
  2. Fill out the top portion of the return label included in your original shipment with your name, address and RA number, and affix it to your shipment box. Make sure to remove or black-out any previously used shipment labels.
  3. Place all items as originally packaged in the shipping box and seal the box with shipping tape. Be sure that any literature, software, airtime cards, batteries, cords, cables and accessories that came with your product are also included and make a copy of your sales receipt and RA number for your records.
  4. Promptly ship your package - we must receive your return in our distribution center within 30 days of the date your RA was generated or you may not be able to receive your refund credit. Please refer to the back of the shipping label to arrange for a package pick-up or locate the nearest authorized drop-off location.

Return Shipping

A pre-paid, self-addressed return shipping label is included with each original purchase shipment. Please refer to the instructions on the back of this sticker to return the package. Be sure to save your tracking number. We are not responsible for lost products without a signed proof of delivery. Shipping charges are your responsibility should you choose to use a different shipment company.

Return Processing Time

Upon receipt of your return package, we will promptly process your returned item(s). If your return meets all the requirements of our return and exchange policies, we will refund the equipment purchase price (after any necessary deductions) to the credit/debit card account used for the original transaction. You will receive an e-mail stating the amount refunded to your debit/credit card. Shipping charges and processing fees are not refundable.

GENERAL PRODUCT POLICY:

Equipment Condition

All returned merchandise will be inspected and must be returned:

  • Within the timeframe noted above.
  • In original new condition including all of the components within the original box
  • With all of the product literature, manufacturer packaging (device box, box inserts, etc.) and parts included in your shipment in their original, new condition

At our discretion, your return may be declined due to cosmetic or internal damage to the device(s), parts, manufacturer packaging/literature, etc., thus resulting in no refund and/or reduced refund, and in the case of Service Contract plans, additional charges, defined as follows.

In connection with any charges due missing items, items not received on time, or damaged items, Flash Wireless may also charge any applicable taxes, fees, and other charges.

This policy is subject to the Flash Wireless Terms and Conditions, including without limitation, all disclaimers of warranty claimed thereunder. This policy does not cover warranty claims, to the extent any may apply. Nothing herein shall be deemed or construed to be a representation or warranty regarding any device or accessory.
